      Hybrid - some in person and some remote Laid back environment

      Cons

      Management does not seem to have a lot of trust in the accounting department. Morale seems to be very low. A lot of the older, more knowledgeable employees are leaving. Pay is not very competitive to the market.

      Seeing that there is still a need to help the underserved community is a plus

      The EC Leadership at Ben Taub hospital is a joke. Money is the name of the game and the community service has gone by the waste side. There is not any compassion for the patients, just dollars collected for the pockets of rich administrators. No respect for the hard working employees. They are treated the worst.
