Business Outlook
Pros
The company has great competitive pay but from what I hear of surrounding co-workers, this is just recently and with new hires. Definitely room for autonomy and self expression in your day to day. Lot's of room for growth for sure no matter what position you may be in.
Cons
Extremely unprofessional and there is no real "orientation training" as was stated in the onboarding virtual training that was given prior to the in patient "orientation". You just get assigned whoever is randomly available for you to shadow and they do not even get a heads up. They aren't even asked if they want to.
