      Good mission. They know that nothing changes overnight. They know politics plays a role in decisions. Leadership is easy to predict. Great health benefits!

      HR constantly has training and employee follow-ups that don’t make sense - just check the box. Your ability to influence change is based on priority of the board and your vp’s ability to influence change.
