Pros

Benefits, And full time hours

Cons

HIGHER MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT and SUPERVISION. They try to bully you into submission and they pick at you until you quit. The supervisor pretends to be on your side but the whole time it’s a set up. Don’t trust anyone in management. You have to come to work bleeding to not get written up. Even with an excuse from the doctor they will still come after your job but it’s only for certain people. They micromanage and whether you are right or wrong it’s their word against yours and The housekeeping HR does not care about the department! No room for growth or transfers. Best thing is to transfer out of the company is you don’t know anyone to help you get somewhere else in the company.
