      Pros

      I love being able to support and provide resources to underserved populations at high-risk! Our mission is commendable!

      Cons

      Some of the staff members are burnt out and do not provide good customer service. They can be rude to the patients and the patients become frustrated. We should provide excellent customer service as each person should be treated with respect and dignity.
