Pros
As a Spanish interpreter, I get to help people from the Hispanic communities that are most in need. The pay is good and the workplace environment and culture is very comfortable. Good benefits.
Cons
Management can sometimes feel a little detached, but can offer a lot of support when needed. The Spanish Interpreters can feel stressed due to lack of education to providers on how to use interpreters.
