      Work schedule is set across the board and allows for work life balance much more than a retail pharmacy, no holidays or weekends

      Cons

      Pharmacy department is usually last on the list when it comes to recognition and day to day operations. Nursing, physicians and pretty much everyone else’s opinion and needs are considered before pharmacy staff. Work schedule is set across the board and allows for work life balance much more than a retail pharmacy but expect to work extremely hard for your entire 8 hours, every single day and don’t be late!!! Computer system and workflow is very outdated.
