      Pros

      Great learning experience. Many opportunities for overtime and advancing your nursing career. Great teamwork depending on the unit culture. Very friendly team as long show your hard working attitude.

      Cons

      Very tough work. Upper Management that will listen to concerns but not act upon those concerns. Patient population can be difficult at times. Huge learning curve with higher acuity units.

      Building issues, management changes continually, not having supplies needed for job so you have to improvise
