It does not matter what you know, it is who you click with. if you are looking to grow professionally, this is not the place for you unless you can get hooked in with the right group. Upper management (from the CIO down) is known to berate and belittle staff; The less you do and the more you talk = promotion. A lot of unprofessional behavior but no one seems to notice

If don't speak Spanish,you are not worth their time ! When I first stared working their first 90 days and another PCTI did a no call no show two days in a row and didn't get fired ! Why because she she speaks Spanish! I left my station and forgot to clock out for lunch I got wrote up! Not a very fair company ! Usually understaffed and overworked!
