      Patients really appreciate a caring, knowledgeable professional. A family atmosphere Competitive pay

      Cons

      True "good ole boy" system and very, very political. Honest people are crucified, yet the worse employees stay forever. They don't even follow their own policies and procedures...its more important that you cover up problems and issues.

      I would say if you are dedicated and honest you will enjoy working at Harris Health.

      Not enough resources. It may be because the payscale may not be compatible with the market, but I say benefits are better.
