      -The people you work with -decent pay

      Cons

      -inconsistencies with implementations. One day you're required to do something, the next they've decide to revoke it -Constantly putting extra work on staff that isn't actually addressing the problem Example: Patients complain of wait times. Make staff do rounding every 20-30min to update patients on wait times. OR how about stop allowing patients to arrive an hour past their appt time and still be seen. How about stop putting appts for 30min when they truly take 1h-2h
