Worst nursing management in Bentaub hospital. Management positions are filled with relatives and favoritism. CNO of both Bentaub/LBJ will be filled with immediate family members. No diversity in employment for management positions whatsoever.

There are no pros. This company does not want their employees going back to school and they do not offer part time

Cons

I told the company I would be returning to school and I along with other employees who are in school was let go. 1 pay period before my probation was due to end. They promote their employees going back to school but that's not what's happening on the job.
