Pros
I work in a clinic so it is a slower pace than a hospital. A bulk of the work is documentation and follow up with patients monthly to provide resources for housing, substance abuse, counseling, dental and vision etc. The pay matches the market.
Cons
Rude patients, metric system for meeting grant requirements which takes away from the quality of work.
