Pros

Amazing population to serve. Most people care about the mission of county hospital system (Ben Taub).

Cons

Leadership does not empower. Does not enforce professional behavior and tolerate uncivil nursing culture. Many rude nurses, on their phones and talk poorly about challenging patients. They are not friendly to new staff. Promote unqualified staff they are friends with.
