      Pros

      To be honest, there were so many pros to Harris Health System. They have goals as a system to revamp so much of what they provide and improve operations everywhere - and they have the people on board to see this mission through.

      Cons

      The only real con was the cafe, they didn't have great breakfast.

      Pros

      Great people, mission and vision. Breeding ground for patient care opportunities and research. New CEO, Dr Porsa and newly recruited leaders are great, passionate and equipped to bring about the change necessary to pivot the stagnant mindset and change the poor work culture they've inherited. LBJ Hospital Leadership are top notch

      Cons

      Poor HR leadership and management team. Wastes time and money with incompetent HR personnel leading leadership training and coaching of more experienced leaders. Corporate Compliance needs to refocus its attention to its core competence and let departments thrive in their area of expertise and provide support when needed. Zero chains of command and Leaders are not equipped or supported to lead, hence poor culture and psychologically unsafe place to work and thrive.
