Pros

1) Company has been been around for a long time. 2) Achievable company goals for growth (personal and corporate). 3) Future workload projections are very high.

Cons

1) Deep rooted co-worker relationships (15-25 years) is hard to "fit in" if new employee. 2) Estimating department is laxity/inattention.

Pros

Harris has been working hard to make positive changes and the changes have been well received. If you are looking for an organization that truly values its employees then this is the place to be. It's also pretty cool to see so much tenure here. Employees tend to stick around for decades, which really says something about the company.

Cons

It's hard to think of cons because the organization is headed in a very positive direction. Some processes are outdated, but there is a road map for improvement and employees can see a clear path to a solution.

Talented and supportive management. Wonderful human resources department. I was assigned to be the project coordinator at Vikings Stadium and honestly could never have worked for a better leader in that arena.

Cons

No cons. No complaints. Resigned to return to Florida for family.
