Great people to work with in the National Group, fun projects to work on, structured very well & a lot of growth/stability in a job.

Cons

Work life balance is sometimes an issue & sometimes pay can look a little low depending on the position.

Company is working on a culture change but it is slow and will depend on leadership. It can be exciting to work through the change but it is also a lot of hard work and a lot of hours.

Cons

Long hours, a lot of bureaucracy and meetings to get decisions made which can drag on projects
