Pros

Getting paid weekly. Literally the only benefit.

Cons

Working 12+ hours without a lunch break. SEVERELY understaffed (esp. with the work load we had). TERRIBLE management. I had strep throat (aka infectious) and instead of telling me to feel better, tried to guilt me into coming to work because it was double coupons and "they need me." NO work/life balance. If you're trying to go to school or spend time with your family.. forget it. They want you to dedicate your life to their store and to providing excellent customer service - without offering any support (vacations, the appropriate number of staff, decent benefits, etc.)

Pros

Great benefits for part time and full time employees. Great to work for. Also generous with breaks provided they do not impact business needs.

Cons

Retail industry can be difficult. Customers can be mean and rude. While management is understanding of scheduling, getting time off can be difficult occasionally.
