Pros
Gross pay (salary + bonus). Pretty chill compared to most other places. Clientele tend to be higher end, less medicaid. You really only work 40 hours per week even as PIC at busy store. Company doesnt constantly move goal post for ACHIEVABLE goals and does NOT cut tech hours. Rxsup lets me run the place the way i want. If you know your business rxsup doesnt bother you, if you're incompitent, rxsup will be looking over your shoulder. Compared to the big3... it's a paradise.
Cons
Health benefits are crap. Company lags way behind competition in terms of productivity/relevance. Needs to pay the high-performing techs more money. Rph pto has been changed/decreased multiple times in last 10 years... made lots of really great rphs mad... so they left :-(
