No discipline for bad eggs. Theft of merchandise and time is tolerated as long as the person is liked Shady practices by some management (pencil whipping documents, clocking each other in and out, telling associates they are expected to work off the clock) Anyone who sticks to the rules can be seen as “stuck up” or acting “holier than thou” rather than just doing their job as it’s meant to be done TERRIBLE 401k. They match 2% if you contribute 4%. Most companies match twice that. One of their biggest competitors matches 3x that.
