Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule, good company overall with great benefits for full time. Part time benefits after 60-90 days but only dental and vision which doesn't work for someone with children or seeking more.
Cons
Benefits are not great for part time, once hired, you see how disorganized they really are (depending on your store). Not enough employees therefore managers are overworked and stressed constantly. Management says there is room to move up but they know it won't happen, very disappointment for someone looking to grow with company.
