Pros
● Learned how to make pizza ● ate from the deli at low cost time to time ● free HT items every month (1, 2 max) ● If you stayed ahead of the game time off was pretty flexible, except for major holidays ● if you needed to leave early they'd find a way for your shift to be covered
Cons
● countless health inspections by surprise, and always playing catch up with your duties ● managers won't promote you unless you break your back for them, even then it's not promised- favoritism exist ● in the slower seasons they will cut your hours, sometimes 32 hour weeks.
