Pros
- You’ll make a lot of great relationships with staff and customers as well. - Bonuses were always great to look forward to - Definitely room for advancement in the company if you’re serious about making it a career. They’ll lead you in the right direction.
Cons
- Inventory numbers could cost you your job every month. You had to have either have an answer or a solution each month. Regardless of theft or lack of training/knowledge - Work long hours with a lot of stress. Certain stores were terribly staffed and you couldn’t close early even if you were the only one there - The store or your team will make or break you there.
