Pros

Two good things about this place. 1. Casual Fridays when a client is not visiting and looking at you like a used car to buy. These days are less productive as everyone is worried and required to be at your desk and expected to still work and they always plan the visits during your lunch break so they make you stay! This happens all the time! 2. The end of the day. You get to go home and are excepted to do more work and work weekends as well while you boss and everyone else is not.

Cons

lack of management skills, no goals, no career paths, everyone is expected to do everything even other people's jobs with no accountability. No training, no forecasting, NO GROWTH!

the company had strict policy's that made everyone get along. We would do constant meeting to keep us reminded of our conduct. it was an easy going environment where every one was kind to each other.

Cons

it was challenging meeting my work goals at first.
