      Pros

      The pay is pretty fair compared to most places Ive been. I feel like they actually care about people here.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to wait to share a tool. It can get hot in the shop. Hours can be long. They ask you to work 50 hours a week if you can but it isn't mandatory.

      Consistent work available, company volunteers to community

      Cons

      Poor communication among different departments, leadership fails to communicate within chain of command, work is not climate controlled, over-worked employees, rarely increase of pay, lack of cohesion among departments and employees.
