You get a stipend for parking but I had to walk 3 blocks to and from because the garage in the building had tight spaces and always really packed
No promoting within unless you're already in management.
If you don't get selected for a internal position you're not even told
Micromanagement
You can put in a ton of hours but have an emergency? Personal matters? Vacation? May get an okay but then they act like you're at fault for taking your time off.
Under appreciated for all the work one puts in
I felt like I was the manager and my boss was more like a puppy who never enforced the rules or backed up the team when asking for their help
All of management was rude to people in lower positions.
Definitely took on additional work load and never offered a promotion or a raise.
If they see you're willing to put in the hours then they start expecting that to always be the case and when you have school or other engagements after work that require to leave on time they give an attitude.
OT was something that was allowed when I started because it was a mess from the turnover - once that got caught up if you needed to stay late that meant Friday was an early release BUT I was always asked to stay to help finish because my boss couldn't properly manage his time but would get mad if technical issues kept me from being able to finish my heavy workload.
