Good benefits, Good salaries, Owners are fantastic people, Relaxed work environment, Nice office.

Cons

A lot of favoritism towards executive staff and managers. Very little opportunity for lower level employees to advance. Talents and experience are overlooked. No merit system or yearly reviews. Executive management runs around in circles. Huge annual turnovers.

Pros

Harvard has some pretty great clients that they service. Working with our customers was my favorite part of my position.

Cons

Being in the janitorial industry comes with a certain stigma that at times is difficult to overcome when working with those outside the company.
