They will offer incentives to retain employees

Cons

Tried to change everyone's schedule and assigned work areas that had been established for years. Piled on extra work. Didn't really seem to know how to handle a union shop. Benefits were great but only due to union contract.

Location and parking... something to get use too but can be a different experience if you live closer or in downtown Miami.
