Pros
Pay is good with the union. Depends of the building you work at. There isn't a lot of work to do often and it pays you oddly quite high for that.
Cons
Management isn't on the same page. They punish us for others mistakes instead of just informing them to do differently. Favoritism happens, and for some odd reason they like to create animosity amongst guards, promote snitching on each other for issues we are not apart of between guards, many guards have reported not only rude words and behaviors, but aggressive behaviors towards their own guards as well.
