Pros
As a part-time employee I was able to customize me schedule. I'm in college now and having a full time job is just too much for me to handle. Of course they do offer full time positions but I can only speak from my experience. Another pro is that if a specific location wants to call you repeatedly they can and can have a permanent location. They are great with handling any payment problems that you might have or just problems at the job place.
Cons
When you don't have a permanent location it's pretty hard getting on track of the do's and don't's. Also they you're on call and can't really say the specific amount you will get.
