Pros

Great product and talented people. Flexible work hours. Half day Fridays. Bonus are generous once you get to that pay grade.

Cons

Career path isn't clear. They losing lots of knowledge and talent due to downsizing every 5-9 yrs. Many of the pros of working there are also being eliminated like half day Fridays. Corporation goals and objectives are unclear.

Great people! Great product! Fun environment!

Cons

Company tends to go through growing pains every 7 years which results in layoffs and sometimes toxic environments. They haven't quite grown up as a company but then again, they make toys.
