      Great company to work for, but very difficult to grow internally.

      Pros

      Extremely talented people, great products, half day Friday all year, very work/life friendly, 6% 401K match, good bonus program and good job security

      Cons

      Below average salary, very difficult to grow internally (especially as an engineer), a lot of brown nosing because that's what gets you ahead and very difficult to own the product because so many eyes are on it. The good news though is upper management is aware of most of these and are currently trying to find ways to improve. This next year should be interesting to see what they do, if anything.
