If you happen to work on Magic: The Gathering, there are resources and some career momentum. Big name on the resume, nothing more.

Cons

Toxic people and toxic culture: politics, cliques, and backstabbing are the norm. managers completely disconnected from reality and constantly reshuffle priorities with no vision. Overworked teams, very poor communication, and unrealistic targets. Compensation packages are below market for the stress and workload. No long-term prospects: talented people leave quickly, and those who stay are often just stuck.
