      Pros

      Good vacation and PTO. Closed for a week in Summer and at Christmas. Working with great people on my team

      Cons

      Constant layoffs. Everyday you feel like there is a target on your back. Leadership is a joke. They have no clear direction though they pretend too. This is a toxic work environment with very poor morale. Stand clear of this once great company.

      Supportive colleagues and management team. Opportunities for career growth and learning. Stable work environment with clear processes. Work-life balance is generally respected. Competitive benefits and compensation package.

      Workload can become heavy during peak periods. Some processes are still manual and time-consuming. Communication between departments could be improved.

      - Good brands - Strong and capable CFO - Many other smart people - Compensation is decent

      Cons

      - Does not support / invest in its people; has been taking away perks - Constant layoffs, plus unofficial layoffs with awkward timing for back-to-office expectations ahead of new office location (expect LONG commutes). Seems like they are looking for it to result in further departures. Creates CONSTANT anxiety for all. - Limited confidence in CEO - Poor communication, disorganized business processes - Not consumer first
