      Pros

      Once a wonderful company. The motto 'Make the World Smile' was so true. Very happy to have spent decades working for the worlds best company

      I do wonder if the current upper management just out right hates toys that you can not buy in a booster pack as well as hates RI since CEO (his real name is bad language..so appropriate LOL) hates RI. RI has great creative talent that is produced by RISD or Brown. CEO (Bad Language.. wow.. you got a bad, but appropriate name) I think is a sports fan, but we have no pro teams in Providence. So a Bill Buckner hatred is out. Maybe growing up in the red state of Ohio he is afraid of our great ocean. So sad.. RG Alan and Brian passed before today.. CEO (of bad language name) is not a toy man. not even close

      Most people are friendly but the toxic environment brings out the worst in even good employees

      Cons

      Leadership lacking, no work/life balance, management doesn’t care about the welfare of workforce, management seems like it’s only out for itself. Pop up layoffs to focused on high-earners that aren’t darlings to the company. The toxic environment brings out the worst in your team. People just trying to survive past the next layoffs at each other’s expense.
