The company works very hard to ensure a family feel in its culture. Employees are taken care of and work well with each other.

Cons

Unfortunately overall pay is seen as low, changing from hourly to salary is tough as bonuses can be scarce.

Management not what it used to be. President is a bully, lacks vision, can’t be managed by his leadership team and doesn’t allow teams any autonomy or creative freedom. Employees are burnt out and stretched to breaking point. Career advancement isn’t based on meritocracy. Pay is significantly below average.
