Pros

- Half Day Fridays - Great Pay - Great Benefits Package - Great Fellow Co-Workers - Great Budget

Cons

- Excessive Overtime - Excessive Micro-Management/Scrutiny - Managers are abusive, bullying, and controlling: - Managers constantly changing minds, without giving clear direction demanding immediate changes due to not knowing what they want - resulting in all-nighters, high-pressure stressful crunches, and inefficient use of people's times. - Managers demand nothing short of full-obedience to "rules" that they arbitrarily create but make exceptions only for themselves. - Managers demand a certain type of "personality" or else employee will be target for abusive treatment such as public reprimands, not acknowledging work, and last minute assignments.

Pros

Fellow employees are great, smart and capable. Half day Fridays are great work perk.

Cons

Terrible leadership. Tone deaf to struggles of employees and current economic situation. Absolutely zero desire for career growth plans and keeping good talent.
