Company Headed Towards Major Downturn

Pros

Good Benefits, good pay, good discount on toys

Cons

In a year where the toys industry is experiencing its biggest sales yet (2020), Hasbro is not seeing the same upswing. Employees are overworked and don't feel like their voice is heard. Management is extremely political and only want "yes" people. HR dictates who gets promoted/laid off and is very cliquish. Hasbro is facing a dangerous culture where they think they are the best of the best and don't value outsider input from anyone who didn't grow up at Hasbro. This close mindedness will lead to their downfall. There's also a lot of bullying amongst the teams that HR is ok with.
