Management are clueless most of the time. Decisions made were head scratching. Everyone seems to be waiting for the top to pass down instructions. The company is NOT transparent; you would be told what to do without the reason why.

The internal processes look like they were designed but a 2 year old. Looking for a new laptop? Try reaching out to 10 different people who will all ignore you and ask you fill out stupid forms. Looking to print something? Good luck finding a printer that works? Need legal advice? There is a lawyer somewhere but good luck chatting to him? Need a cup of coffee? Oh, it's a Tuesday so the cleaning lady didn't bother turning on the coffee machine here, you need to go to a different floor.
