Pros

Half Day Fridays Christmas Holidays Senior Leadership Team is outstanding

Cons

Regional Teams are struggling, specifically in Canada. Canadian Senior Leadership Team including Sales directors are not trained in people managing creating a very negative work environment because they are focused on making a bonus for the next year rather than thinking long term strategy. Work life balance is no such thing, office culture is extremely negative resulting in employees health declines. Hoping the feedback that has been provided multiple times is addressed.

Pros

Flexible working hour Work from Home for 2 days per week Great IP , good sales volume after license out the brands.

Cons

No more 4.5 working days, turning to 5days and 3 working days in office Regular laid off activities every year Long working hours and many non office hour meetings. Will have early morning and late night meeting with overseas colleagues. Toxic and political working environment. Hard to get promoted even management already recognised your effort.
