Pros

+ Nice colleagues + Good benefits + Flexibility (though that is going to go away) + Beloved products (though the quality of those also decreases)

Cons

- Restructuring for 3 years straight now - Frequent layoffs (about 10% of the office every 3 months) - No communication after restructuring (like who does what now) - Job-scope creep (they let everyone go and just "assume" someone else will pick up the tasks) - Many bills go unpaid/to collections - Everything being outsourced to people with no experience/knowledge about regional practices and laws - Little to no opportunity for advancement - Top-down decision making

Pros

Flexibility, talented people and fantastic brands to get behind.

Cons

The heart of Hasbro is disappearing due to the culture being set by the new CEO and leadership team. There is an outward projection of caring about people but the reality is very different. There is a lack of cultural understanding, care and people are seen as numbers on a spreadsheet.
