Pros

Very flexible with hours within a defined framework. Great pay for Part Time work. Nice benefits, Vacation time, Holiday Pay, 401K NO evening or weekend work until Nov & Decenber. Very hands off management once you are trained.

Cons

Hours drop dramatically in January. Some accounts make it difficult for you to acomplish your job tasks. Company does not provide tablet / phone for job tasks, you use your own or go without.

Really good company to work for. fun and encourage flexible working time. a lot of opportunities within the organization. a lot of training are provided

Cons

The red taps are getting more and more recently and work and life balance is challenged but management are looking for solution to resolve this.
