Pros

Out with the corrupt ones Major change happening Now been treated fairly, I hope it’s not in the short term. Better salary Benefit of work life balance WFH option Good overall benefits

Cons

Those who abuse power and get away with it. Big projects big benefits Still no real clarity Politics Still some sharks swimming around No compensation for those who haven’t been paid a fair salary. Those who are liked achieved higher bonuses and pay rises than those who actually achieved and completed projects. HR there to protect the business and not the employees.

Pros

Good product range with a reasonable back catalogue of products. Good market share and continued product development. International market and good brand alignment.

Cons

Disappointing local management. Antiquated systems designed more about the production than sales. The business has become totally marketing driven with little ability to drive innovation in their relationships with their customers. The products are permanently on sale!

Pros

Hasbro offers great benefits in terms of health coverage, 401K, etc. Also, working with toys can be fun as it is a fast-paced industry. Lastly, you have intelligent, creative people all around you every day.

Cons

Hasbro's management is very hierarchical and it is an intensely political place to work. Salaries are lower than other toy companies. There is little to no work-life balance. Data systems are powerful but HIGHLY IDIOSYNCRATIC, which means that many processes are highly inefficient. There is little value place on how to manage people effectively, leaving many employees bitter and fearful of losing their jobs.
