Pros

Excellent brands, excellent atmosphere. Very creative culture.

Cons

Questionable staffing protocol, little room for growth. More turnover than some brands can handle, opportunities for momentum lost.

Pros

Hasbro is a progressive company that leads the way in many aspects of corporate social responsibility. Management has made it a core principle to do good for the community while driving profits. So far I have found management to to be supportive of ideas and process improvements. Benefits are very strong for full time employees. Coworkers are professional, motivated, and truly enjoy working in the toy industry.

Cons

The red tape found in larger corporations exists, but there is a focus on improving the situation and empowering employees to make decisions.
