Pros

Good place to work loads of fun, a lot of challenge and push at certain times. Loads of games testing and information about new products.

Cons

Management could be better, slightly political environment. Less exposer to other parts of the business, this could help with integration

Pros

It provides a good environment to work at, there is a lot of opportunities to act. They have a good balance work-life if you are not in IT

Cons

Even with a lot of opportunities, you need to tell senior managers a lot of times before they think in really listen to your ideas. They ask you to deliver a lot of projects around the year, and even if you deliver more, the managers will find something negative to point and reduce the bonus

Pros

Highly creative, collaborative and intensely fast paced environment with global scope.

Cons

It's just the nature of the toy and entertainment industry - sometimes over-developed ideas loose value, or decisions are made to pull a produce too quickly from the market.
