      Pros

      Hasbo is a fun and exciting place to work with excellent benefits and opportunities for career growth. The hours are reasonable and Fridays are half-days.

      Cons

      Work/Life balane is promoted, but not fully supported in certain positions. The pay is definitely on the lowest end of the median. Adminstrative staff perform work for a very large number of people, and take on several roles, which is unusually demanding in light of the low pay.

      Pros

      Excellent work environment, with competitive salary, and excellent benefits. Company willing to provide additional training. Proud of employing multiple generations from the same family and highlighted long term employees on an annual basis. Expended extra effort to build good employee relations.

      Cons

      As a toy manufacturer experienced the ups and downs of a seasonal industry. This effected production workers the most. management employees see minimal impact.

      Pros

      The people are great. The company is small so, it is easy to get to know a lot of people quickly.

      Cons

      The role I was hired to do was changed significantly and quickly. From what I can tell, it came down to a power struggle vs. what was right for the business and for the individuals on the team.
