Pros

1. The work life balance. 2. Good increment. 3. Fixed months for bonus distribution.

Cons

1. The company has favorable bias towards white skin emplyees. If you're European, American or any other white with any nationality, the chance are high that you would make progress in the company very fast. But the employees of brown/black skin and Asian nationality will make very slow progress in the company. There is a glass ceiling for the brown/black skin people. Their performance is not very well acknowledged. White skin people have condescending attitude while they lack people skill.
