      Your value as an employee seems to erode over length of service... which is the opposite of how it should be.

      Pros

      The company does a great job at focusing on the needs of its employees. Fabulous perks, great work schedule, open door concept, creativity and energy bursting everywhere. Can not think of anything or anywhere that would better cater to its employees. Great place for collaboration and forward thinking. Great place to grow and great opportunities provided to those willing to take the next step.

      Cons

      I don't think that the company has any. Very ethical and caring company that puts it's employees first. Very hard to find companies that still do this.
