      Pros

      Great benefits and good work, life balance. Lots of free toys! Its fun to work in an industry that is for kids.

      Cons

      Lack of decision making, limited empowerment to change/challenge. There are a lot of layers at Hasbro and most if not all decisions are made at the top. There is also a lot of infighting for resources internally.

      Pros

      Great culture, focus on fun, working on well-known properties like Transformers. There is a focus on service to the community as well. Worked with great people. Fantastic benefits. Loved the half day Fridays and snow days.

      Cons

      Pay is a little below market in the IT sector. This is a tough one as it's the Providence market, not the Boston market.
