Great environment and culture. I've met the best people in my life through working here. Facilities are beautiful. Gym onsite. Cafeteria onsite. Free toys. Great benefits.

Cons

Large workload spread across a few people. Can mean late nights. Outside vendors are used more than they should be. Often designers are more project managers/ art directors than designers.
